The Taber Exhibition Association is a not-for-profit organization that operates the Taber Agri-Plex. We are seeking an individual to fill the contracted role of Facility Manager.


  • Perform overall ground maintenance & repairs
  • Operate equipment, including but not limited to tractor & quad
  • Maintain ground condition, tractor arena daily/365 days per year
  • During busy season, grooming up to 2 times per day may required
  • Uphold contact & contracts with pen and corral renters; act as the liaison between the renters & office management
  • Be available for facility rentals, prep arena prior to bookings
  • An overall understanding of cattle troughs, water hydrants and rodeo events/grounds would be considered an asset
  • Deliver a detailed monthly report for the Board of Directors
  • Attend meetings as required
  • Provide assistance as needed with TEA sponsored events
  • Assistance with office/clerical duties as required

While this position has the flexibility of “no set hours” you must be available for all event rentals.
